for the past 2 days I’ve been cooped up in my room studying for finals, so my mom brought me a treat to help me study ( red velvet cheesecake from the cheesecake factory) : )

A couple weeks ago my mom got invited to The Cosmetic Spring Trend Show at Macy’s which was held yesterday at the local Macy’s. Even though we had to arrive extremely early before the store opened, it was definitley worth it!! Everyone was treated to a continental breakfast, a goodie bag with tons of samples and a free makeover w/ the cosmetic counter of choice (my mom made appointments with chanel for us : ) : ). The first 2 hours of the show consisted of brief presentations of new cosmetic products that have recently be launched in stores and after that everyone was free to roam and try out products until your makeover appointment. Above is a picture of all of the goodies that came in everyone’s gift bags!
